Our 2019 season is off and running. This years seems to be setting up much like last year in that everything is running a month behind due to an unseasonably cold spring. We are still catching enough fish to make things interesting while we wait for the big schools of coho salmon to move up from the south. We are catching a nice mix of lakers, browns and coho during each trip. We are targeting lake trout with bottom bouncing rigs, coho are falling for standard coho rigs trolled in the top 20ft of the water column while brown trout cant resist smaller spoons off downriggers and dipsys.
